Hotel was satisfying and Havana was quite interesting.

Breakfast was marvelous, far better than we excepted. It included so many different products that you were able to eat differently every morning. The hotel was clean and the facilities were good.

There was a outdoor music stage near the hotel and the music could be heard into the hotel room all night long.

Nice modern hotel not too far from the old Havana with lovely helpful staff and good facilities.

Nice hotel, in a nice location with good facilities including the gym (with the view of the famous Hotel Nacional from the gym window!) and the pool on the rooftop (sun reaches most lounges by lunchtime but there are some in the sun from the morning). I read a few not very nice reviews about hotels in Havana, not sure whether to believe those or not, but I would definitely recommend this hotel in Havana if you want a nice and comfortable stay at a modern hotel. While it's not in the old Havana, it's in a nice area not too far from the old town and if you like walking - you can enjoy a lovely walk along Malecon to get to the old part. The best part was the hotel staff - concierge Aviana is amazing, reception ladies and the poolside bar staff were great too! Also, internet worked better here with the cards than in a 5 star hotel I stayed at in the old Havana.

The staff was kind.

The staff was kind. The breakfast was good with all kinds of fresh fruits and juices.

In Cuba access to internet is complicated. You can buy a card in the hotel with a code to have access for 1 or 5 hours (no limits on MB which is good) but the thing is that you have to fill in the code every time you connect again. I couldn't get access with my laptop, so on line working was impossible. You have to check your invoice everywhere in Cuba before you pay it, because twice (one time in the hotel) they charged us a double portion.

Will reccomend!

Will reccomend! Very good hotel, considering You are in Cuba. Level as in 4 star hotel in Europa. Good breakfast with wide choice. Pool at 18 floor on the roof - very good! Friendly staff. Room very ok with good bathroom. Normal gym. You got in Havanna normal European level hotel. Wifi ok in lobby. Taxi to old town approx. 7 euros, by walk 30-40 min. Next to hotel Internacional, where You will find very good Cabaret Parisien. Strong reccomend to vistsit!

The hotel is one of the best in Cuba.

The hotel is one of the best in Cuba. It has a nice roof-top pool, and the breakfast buffet is very nice. The price is for a five star hotel in the West but it felt more like a good Best Western hotel. The staff was was friendly but not very competent with one stand out exception. The custom relation manager Ariana. She was competent, helpful, and the only with a five star hotel qualification. She made all problem disappear.

One night good place to stay.

We had a good room on a higher floor. Great breakfast option - really good scrambled eggs / omelette with bacon etc.

Air-Con did not work properly so had to sleep with an open window, so sounds from downstairs music nearby could be heard until late night. Food was average, nothing special. Only big towels given, had no floor towel to use and the water from the shower made the bathroom floor really slippery. Front desk staff did not understand a simple request for additional towels so had to ask one of the cleaning staff on the floor for some instead.

I'd love to come back.

The room was quite spacious and well-decorated, the staff were very polite and helpful, the live band downstairs played Cuban music and Beatles songs, and I really enjoyed my vegetarian pizza while my husband just loved some fish dish with an impenetrable name:)

Sometimes the water temperature in the shower was not so easy to regulate.

Our toilet got blocked so we had to call to get someone to...

Our toilet got blocked so we had to call to get someone to unblock it . When the person had finished and left I went and seen my gold earring in the toilet which I had left by the sink and the other on the floor. The cleaner must have accidentally thrown them into the toilet and floor. However I was quite shocked she left them In there. For a hotel that’s not necessarily cheap I would expect a lot better than this . The pool isn’t great either

best stay for Havana city

location was excellent, we walked from there to the old city . Breakfast was excellent (also light available).

some what noice of the airconditioning in the restaurant. the beds were covered with plastic protectors.. the one's used in hospitals.. this makes you sweat, skin does not breath. (we saw it also in other hotels, this is really not good.

A great hotel with European standards. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms nice (especially on executive floors). The pool area is great - amazing views on the city. We went back to this hotel twice in between trips and were always happy to come back.

Hotel NH Capri La Habana - Great staff make hotel Capri a great choice in Havana This hotel is kept clean, has a great location, great price, free breakfast, hotel, restaurants that all make this a great choice form visiting Cuba. As an American I suggest you remember where you are when you arrive. The staff however, from the bell man, to the staff at the pool to the houskeepers are totally amazing and make hotel Capri an amazing place to stay
